1. Service Description
RingiWorks BV (“RingiWorks”, “we”) provides an AI-powered process improvement platform that guides organisations through the Process Development Lifecycle (PDLC): Discover, Design, Simulate, Pilot, Deploy, Monitor, and Improve. The platform includes statistical process control, simulation, gate reviews, and continuous improvement tooling.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your processes.
- Ensure all data uploaded to the platform is properly anonymised where it contains personal data.
- Maintain a lawful basis (e.g. legitimate interest, consent) for any data processed through the platform.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised access.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe in EUR (€).
- Pricing is based on the selected product tier (Build, Package, or Full) and optional add-ons.
- Refund policy: Pro-rata refund for unused whole months remaining on your engagement. No refunds for partial months or completed stages.
- Invoices are available in your account dashboard.
4. Data Handling
- All data is stored on EU-based servers and processed in compliance with GDPR.
- Process data must be anonymised before upload — the platform is not designed to store personal data.

5. Intellectual Property
- Your data: You retain full ownership of all data, process descriptions, and outputs generated from your data.
- Our platform: RingiWorks retains all rights to the platform, algorithms, models, and methodologies.
- We may use anonymised, aggregated insights to improve our platform, but will never share your identifiable data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingiWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, we will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
